Here a KrishPy Donuts Development we do not process any private data. The usage of our software is for educational purposes and is custom created for schools by a student.
The scopes used are merely for:
1. Downloading login information from the remote server account.
This allows the client system to check entered login information that the server verifies.
2. Adding ONLY the files you select to be uploaded to the cloud account for access by school admins. The only way these files are tied to you is by the district provided student ID you give to sponsor teachers for them to correlate your hour forms with you.
3. Accessing your email to automatically send the authentication token request to the remote server account ONLY. YOUR EMAILS ARE NOT READ THROUGH! IT ONLY LOOKS FOR THE AUTHORIZATION TOKEN!
To transfer data to your client system, emails are sent to the server from your account so it can then respond to you and your client will automatically download this token.
4. The remote server to autonomously scan its emails for your automated request that the server can then respond to by sending your email a 3 day token.
5. Scanning your email for the token request ONLY to then apply it so your user software can manipulate cloud storage.
Comments
Your information is never tied to you through transit until it is on the could account. THEN it is used ONLY by school admins to identify you to the information YOU CHOSE to upload so you can be granted credit for it. Your email may be stored temporarily in server logging to ensure that token information is being appropriately distributed when requested.
Media
Jpeg images are what you upload to the server for teachers/administrators to view. Nothing more, nothing less.

Bruh I wish I could make money off your data but I think it would be illegal.
How long we retain your data
Only as long as the administrators need it. Will probably be deleted after your graduation.
What rights you have over your data
If you choose to want to delete your files. Contact the sponsor of the group that assigned you to use this application.
